In addition to continuing education outside the workplace, ADP Group team members attend in-house education classes known as "ADP University". Employees participate in weekly classes designed to keep team members up to date on the latest capabilities of Autocad Architectural Desktop. Participants learn the most current production standards, maintaining a high level of quality control in project documentation.

Team members also participate in weekly sessions known as "ADP Green", exploring green design strategies the ADP Group can integrate into our overall philosophy. The firm has made a strong commitment to the environment and has implemented standards requiring recycling, energy conservation and paper reduction as well as encouraging carpooling and energy responsibility at home.

These programs highlight the ADP Group commitment to reducing the impact of the built environment on the Earth. We follow this philosophy each day by incorporating sustainable design strategies whenever practical during the design process.

Several ADP team members are currently pursuing the U.S. Green Building Council's accreditation. ADP Vice President Robert Town has been accredited and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accredited Professional for New Construction & Major Renovations (LEED-NC).
