Mr. Town has over 25 years experience in the design and construction of diverse building types including institutional, commercial, residential, office, and industrial projects.

Both as project architect and principal-in-charge, Mr. Town has developed architectural concepts consistent with the master plan objectives on several municipal/community complexes. He has extensive experience in historic rehabilitation including the Riverview Office Center, Mira Mar Palm Centre, and Frances Carlton Arms Apartments, which received the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation Award.

Mr. Town has designed and supervised the construction of numerous commercial projects including offices, restaurants, retail shops, and banks, as well as adaptive reuse projects. On many of these projects, his involvement continued through Tenant improvements, handling the space planning, overseeing interior design, and administrating construction phase.
